About Brittany & Mellow Moment Holistic Wellness

I believe the connection of mind, body, and soul is the foundation of personal growth. Trauma and stress can cause fragmenting and disconnection. That disconnect becomes evident in our relationships. Inner peace leads to outer connection and we find joy in social relationships. Everything I offer at Mellow Moment is for the connection of your body, mind, and spirit so that you can expand, grow, and thrive. I have over 20 years of experience as a bodywork practitioner, nurturing and growing my spiritual gifts, and learning the workings of human psychology through education and experience. It is my desire to make the world better through my work and connections.
